Hello! I am Coco, a ritualistic space holder

I am so grateful you are here
You are welcome!I am Coco, Italian woman, free spirit and dreamer.
As a Yoga teacher (500hr certified in hatha yoga) I have always worked with women trying to share my journey on the sacred feminine path, creating my personal way to move my body and express myself with harmony - grace - love & authenticity.I’ve found myself always been fascinated by female figures in different matriarchal cultures and, while travelling, I became close to some medicine women, trying to learn rituals and ceremonies that integrated with my way of being.Continuously evolving, flowing in search of what I wanted to convey, that was in line with my nature, I clearly felt that I wanted to focus on ceremonies and rituals.Since I moved here to Ericeira, I realized that I celebrate life everyday with small gestures and I savor it. Considering my journey a precious ritual, I would love to share with all of you women, creating unique experiences.I strongly believe in the IRMÃLUA moonsister project, which resonates deeply with my intention and life path.

My project
Irmãlua Moonsister

Irmãlua means moonsister in Portuguese, my vision manifested to me in this beautiful land.
It's a container, a pulsating and vibrating womb, rich of many different magical things, created by women for women. It offers different tools, to explore our beautiful world such as feminine Yoga, Women retreats for Italian groups with Lelune Collettivo and also private ones in English, ceremony and rituals
( La Cerrada_Rebozo massage & closing of the bones ; Obsidian Yoni eggs ).
It represents the femininity and its celebration and the aim of this project is to create a network of women, supporting each other, growing and learning, flowing and glowing, to embrace our power in freedom.

LA CERRADA
Rebozo massage with scarves

Considered a ritual of passage,
La Cerrada is an ancient practice of the Mexican tradition.Although its use is mainly known after childbirth, it can be done at any time in a woman's life when she wishes to honor her cyclical nature.
Say goodbye to a stage, to welcome the new one.
It makes space for the shift that she has experienced physically, mentally and emotionally.Beginning with an active stimulation, the woman is guided back to her own body, to experience it with awareness and deep presence.
Then an invitation to surrender, abandon the body on the earth, being cradled by the Rebozo (Mexican scarf), which has a soothing, deeply relaxing effect.It is a safe space for physical and emotional reflection-reconnection. A time for healing, a place of transition, acceptance, transformation, to relocate in the present moment.

Women Retreats
in Portugal

A container with a single common denominator that places awarness and care of the feminine at the center.
Different options, where all women will be welcomed here in Ericeira, a beautiful land, in Portugal:
* Private and tailored retreats to accompany women on an intimate journey of deep listening and transformation.
(from 1 to 4 people, in Italian and English, open dates).
*Group retreats for Italian women, with Lelune Collettivo, to reconnect, restore and relax, in March and November.
